Conference registration is $750 USD or $600 for current Members. Student registration is $500 (see FAQ below). There are no early discounts or late penalties—but space in EPIC2017 is limited, so don’t delay!
This year you will automatically become an EPIC Member when you register for EPIC2017. For Members, the experience of growing and learning with an international community of remarkable colleagues extends year-round. What does registration include?
Conference registration includes the Welcome Reception, the main program (Keynotes, Papers, Case Studies, PechaKucha, Film), lunch on Oct 23 & 24, and cocktails on Oct 24. You must purchase separate tickets to attend the Conference Dinner, Tutorials, and Salons (Salons are free but require separate pre-registration). If you’ve already registered, you can log in again and add Tutorial, Salon, and dinner tickets.
How can I modify my reservation?
Sign in using the link above and follow the prompts to your existing registration, which includes the option to modify. You can add tickets for the conference dinner, Tutorials, and Salons at any time—but these sessions usually fill up, so don’t delay!
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration for a full refund before September 22, 2017. EPIC uses registration revenue immediately to fund the conference, and we cannot issue refunds after September 22. However, you may transfer your registration to another person until October 16 (no transfers will be processed after this date). This policy applies to all registration components, including the conference dinner and Tutorials.
Can I register on site?
Space for EPIC2017 is limited so the event is likely to sell out. We cannot guarantee that on-site registration will be available.
Who qualifies as a student?
To register as a student you must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university. During registration you will be asked to upload an image of your student ID or other official documentation of your current student status. Bring this documentation with you to EPIC2017.
I’m only coming for one day. Can I share my registration with someone else?
Registrations cannot be shared among individuals. EPIC2017 has fantastic content every day—we hope you can experience the entire conference.
